Allergens and Nutrition at Crave: Where Every Label Lives

You are ordering for six people and someone in the group chat just asked if the cookies have peanuts. Now you are the one responsible for an answer.
Here it is: every cookie we bake gets a full nutrition label. Calories, the complete ingredient list, and a bold Contains line naming its allergens. All of it lives in one guide we publish fresh each week.
Where the labels live
Our menu changes every Thursday, so a nutrition page written in March would be useless to you by April. We rebuild the guide weekly instead. Each Thursday's drop ships with a new nutrition guide covering that week's lineup, linked on the homepage at cravecookies.com. One page per cookie: the full Nutrition Facts panel, every ingredient, and the allergen statement.
Read the serving size first
One honest thing to know before you read any of our labels: the serving size is half a cookie. The label treats one cookie as two servings.
So when the Crave Chocolate Chip label says 350 calories, that is the half. The whole cookie is 700. We would rather you know that at the counter than find it in the fine print later.
The allergen line
Every label ends with a Contains statement. For the Crave Chocolate Chip it reads: soy, milk, wheat, eggs. Flavors built on candy carry more. A cookie with Butterfinger in it also flags peanuts and tree nuts. The lineup rotates, so check the line for the specific cookie you want in the week you want it.
The shared-kitchen note
Our cookies are made onsite, in kitchens that work with peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, and soy every day. Any cookie may come into contact with any of those during production. If an allergy in your group is serious, read the week's guide, then ask your local store how they handle prep so you can decide what works for you.
If you skip gluten
Nothing baked in our own kitchens is gluten-free; we work with wheat flour every day. Gluten-free availability differs by store, so ask your local Crave what they carry before you order.
That is the system. New drop every Thursday, new labels the same day, one link on the homepage.
