Crave Chocolate Chip is the cookie Crave has baked every single day since opening. It has never been pulled from the menu, never rotated out, and is available at every Crave location in every market. It outlasts every weekly drop and every LTO. It is the reason most first-time customers come back.

The base is Crave's signature dough — the proprietary recipe that established the deep-dish format. It bakes in the cast mold that every Crave cookie uses, producing the thick, domed shape with a center that stays gooey and slightly underbaked, and outer edges that develop a light crisp from the raised mold walls. The dough is rich, buttery, and vanilla-forward.

The chocolate is Ghirardelli milk chocolate chips. The choice of milk over dark or semisweet is intentional: the sweetness and creaminess of milk chocolate is the correct register for this cookie. The chips are distributed generously throughout the dough. At warm temperature they soften into pockets of liquid milk chocolate that hold their shape long enough to be found in each bite.

Every Crave location bakes this cookie fresh daily. Not shipped. Not frozen. Not reheated. When they sell out for the day, they are gone — but they are back the next morning.
