What time do you open and close?
Hours vary by day. Current hours are listed in the store info section above and on our Google Business Profile. We're typically open late — most nights until 10pm or 11pm.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Direct delivery through the Crave app is fastest and cheapest — our drivers, our packaging. We're also available on Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub, though those add a service fee. Order at the link above or download the Crave app.
How do I get a free cookie?
Download the Crave app, create a free account, and a welcome cookie credit appears automatically. Redeem it in-store or on your first order — no minimum purchase required.
Can you cater for offices, events, or schools?
Yes. Fill out the catering form at the bottom of this page. We quote back within 4 hours and can deliver in as little as 24 hours. Minimum order is 12 cookies. We handle dozens to thousands — same baking standards either way.
How often does the menu change?
Every Friday. New flavors go live in-store Friday morning and online the same day. The chocolate chip is always available — everything else rotates weekly.
Are your cookies gluten-free?
Yes, at select locations. Crave gluten-free cookies are manufactured and packaged at a dedicated gluten-free facility, sealed before delivery, and not reopened until you open them. Currently available in four flavors. Check with your local store for availability.
What sizes are available?
Our signature cookies are 4.25 inches — sold individually or in 6-packs. We also offer 2oz minis in select locations, sold in packs of 6. All sizes available in-store and online.
Can I order ahead for pickup?
Yes. Order through the Crave app or website for same-day pickup. Choose your pickup time at checkout. In-store walk-ins are also welcome during business hours.
