Strawberry Cheesecake Crookie

Flaky croissant layered with graham cracker cookie dough and a strawberry and cheesecake filling, baked together, then finished with a strawberry and cheesecake drizzle and a graham crumble. A cheesecake that couldn't choose between a croissant and a cookie, so it became both.
