The Rockstar is Crave's May Monthly Craving — a vanilla-based deep-dish cookie built around toffee, pretzel, and sea salt. It is in its last days on the menu before the June monthly takes its slot.

The base is Crave's signature vanilla dough, baked into the thick, domed format: gooey at the center, slightly crisp at the edges. Sweet vanilla is folded into the dough in a concentrated form — the vanilla flavor here is more pronounced than in the standard signature dough, forward enough to register as a distinct component rather than background note.

Toffee is embedded throughout — pieces of English toffee, which are butter and sugar cooked to the hard-crack stage. Inside the warm dough, toffee pieces soften and caramelize further, releasing a deep, slightly bitter caramel sweetness that's richer and more complex than plain caramel. On the surface, exposed toffee pieces stay harder and provide crunch.

Pretzel pieces add a savory, malty counterpoint to the vanilla-toffee sweetness. They soften slightly in the warm dough but retain their distinct pretzel flavor — yeasty, slightly salty, grounding. The pretzel is the unexpected component that makes this cookie interesting rather than just sweet.

Sea salt finishes the surface. Against the vanilla, toffee, and pretzel, the salt sharpens each flavor and provides contrast that keeps the build from reading as uniformly sweet.
